As the owner of Noble Air Solutions, Austen Bentz is passionate about all things HVAC—from the mechanics of heating and cooling systems to the ever-evolving strategies of running a successful business. With a deep commitment to both technical excellence and innovative marketing, he’s dedicated to keeping Noble Air at the forefront of the industry. One of the biggest challenges he faces is making time to be everywhere at once, but he thrives on the teamwork and growth opportunities that he and his team create for each other.
For Austen, HVAC isn’t just a job—it’s a way of life. When he’s not working on HVAC, he’s probably thinking about it! While others may have hobbies, his passion for the industry keeps him constantly learning and improving. That said, in the off chance that he does take a break, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or out on the water, enjoying the Florida sunshine!
Jaiden Oneal – Office Manager
As the Office Manager of Noble Air Solutions, Jaiden Oneal is the backbone of daily operations, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From scheduling appointments to handling customer inquiries and coordinating with the technicians, she juggles multiple responsibilities at once—one of the most challenging yet rewarding parts of her role. What she enjoys most about working in the HVAC industry is the opportunity to continuously expand her knowledge and expertise in a field that’s always evolving.
For Jaiden, the best part of Noble Air Solutions is the close-knit, family-like atmosphere that makes even the busiest days enjoyable. When she’s not managing the office, she enjoys expressing her creativity through art and tattooing or getting lost in a good book. And here’s something unexpected—Jaiden is also in medical school studying forensic pathology! Her dedication, multitasking skills, and passion for learning make her an essential part of the Noble Air team.
